The Room to Do it Right
The Eugene Country Club provides space for large events such as wedding receptions as well as smaller intimate rooms for banquets or meetings. Our clubhouse is attractively decorated, offering a grand fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and warm color scheme.
The team of Chef Lee Jennings and Jessica O’Hare have extensive food, beverage and event planning experience. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How can an event be held at the Club?
Events conducted at the club must be sponsored by a member.
If I am a member, do I have to attend the event or meeting to be its sponsor?
Yes in order to satisfy the member guest relationship, you must attend the function. The Club requests that you fill out a Sponsor Authorization form indicating if you are being reimbursed for any cost of the function.
What types of rooms are available?
The Club features four primary banquet rooms, appropriate for 15 to 250 guests. The largest, grandest room is the Grande Dining Room. Three smaller banquet rooms are available for more intimate gatherings.
Is there a charge for using a meeting room?
Yes, all private meeting rooms at the Club have a very reasonable room fee.
Is there convenient parking available?
Yes, the Club offers a secure lot to guests.
