Detailed guest information is available to ensure your guests have a memorable golf experience on one of Oregon's top ranked golf courses.

To ensure a full measure of enjoyment, we suggest the following:

If you are golfing:
Please check in with the Golf Pro Shop.

If you are dining:
Please check in with the Host Stand in the Restaurant. Alternatively, you may wait for your party in the Lobby or Library.

If you are attending an event:
If you are arriving seperately from the host, please see the Front Desk for directions to the event space. If coat check is available, please feel free to leave your coat in the closet behind the Front Desk.

Members are reminded to be courteous and show respect to their fellow members by observing etiquette when using cell phones and mobile devices. Cell phone use is allowed in all areas of the clubhouse and grounds; however, we ask that members, family members, and guests follow these guidelines when using cell phones and mobile devices anywhere on club property.
  • Turn off ringer and place phone or mobile device on "vibrate" or "silent" mode.
  • When in a dining area or the Fitness Center and receiving a call, please move to an area that provides privacy and limits the distraction to others, i.e. Lobby, Library or hallway area.
  • Calls should not to be placed from inside the dining areas or Fitness Center.
  • If you will have a cell phone turned on while playing golf, please inform all members of your group that you may be using it during the round.
The established 18-hole Pace of Play Standard for Eugene Country Club is four hours (4:00).
Members and guests have a responsibility to take care of the golf course. Please repair ball marks on the greens. Replace divots or use sand/seed mix to fill divots in the fairways. Properly rake bunkers. When using a golf cart, please follow all directional signs and use cart paths when designated to do so. Please be especially careful to not drive in the tall fescue grass areas. The responsible operation of golf carts will help preserve the pristine condition of our playing surfaces. Please deposit all smoking materials, litter, and broken tees in available containers on the course.

Eugene Country Club is a private club. Membership is by invitation only. Access to ECC's golf courses, clubhouse, tennis courts, swimming pool, and all other facilities are restricted to members and their guests.
